6th Grade Intermediate Band

Prerequisites for the 6th Grade Intermediate Band include the successful completion of 5th Grade Beginning Band, or a meeting with the Director of Bands to determine how the student plans to get caught up. The main goals of the 6th Grade Intermediate Band include the refinement of tone quality, technique, aural skills, and music literacy within the band setting. The 6th Grade Intermediate Band performs two concerts each year - one in December, and another in May.
