Pep Band

The band at Finneytown is one of the highest profile activities in the district with a reputation of excellence in performance and instruction. The ensemble is made up of an amazing group of student musicians and performers who work together to achieve a high level of performance nurtured through a supportive and welcoming environment. The ensemble consists of all high school band students, a select number of 8th grade band students, and color guard students who are selected through an audition process. The directors and staff of the band are committed to offering students a high quality educational experience in a student centered learning environment.

The main goals of the Pep Band include playing fun and popular music to support student athletics throughout the winter season. The Pep Band performs at select Boys Varsity Basketball games, as well as well as other winter sports events as requested.
